I have the exact same but everything has dissapeared on 3d window, floor and avatar included, impossible to add an avatar even; it's completely dead in 3d window

The garment and avatar and even the floor have suddenly disappeared after editing a pattern point, 3 d window totally empty even after rebooting the program

I just had the exact same, 3D window suddenly became totally empty, I rebooted the program, still that file has a totally empty 3D window now.Hours of work....
