I model these myself. Also you could go to Turbosquid, CG Trader or even Grab Cad and then import those into CLO as trims or avatars, depending on what you'd like to do.
Right click on the folder containing the file you'd like to delete, and Copy Path. Then you can go to that path and delete the file itself.

You can create a strip and make it thick. Assign the physical properties of the strip's fabric as Trim Hardware to make it stiff.
I do not know Vroid but any avatar needs to be rigged in order to be animated. Is your avatar rigged?
yseojin111 there is no reason for your computer to be slow with those specs unless something is not correctly configured or you are trying to adjust the length of your skirt at particle distances ...
Not sure why you want to stay stitch the waistband because if correctly sewn (turned) at the bottom seamline, and the folding line close to zero degrees (maybe 5 to 10) the waistband will not slide...
Just get rid of the textures to test, then we can decide if that is the problem and move on to test other textures and normal maps.
