Wacom: Long press /dropdown combo not working

    Hi margazz. You are correct that we do recommend a mouse. Some users use more ergonomic mice since they are good for the wrist and wacom can be slightly more difficult. Like this one HERE

    I would recommend double checking the wacom settings both in CLO and on your computer. If that still does not work reach out to out team for tech support on our Contact Us page.

    Hi design support, thanks! 

    After some more thorough seach and try im delighted to say i think i found the culprit. Its windows ink.

    So for anyone having the same issues; in wacom settings under MAPPING, turn off/uncheck WINDOWS INK on the left bottom. Dropdown menu works now.
