Is there any solutions for the slow MacOS?

Hello, 

My macbook pro is extremely slow with clo, i searched for solutions in the community but mostly old or related to 2021-M1 and higher. Is there any solutions for Intel macs rather than throw away the whole device and replace it with a windows? even working with earlier versions of clo?
My system is as attached..
