Ultra slow simulation
Hi.
I'm currently working in Clo3D for school and for some reason the simulation has gotten ultra slow. As I understand it the GPU should be used while working and CPU while simulating. But how do I separate the two? And when I deselect GPU after selecting it the program crashes. I read that I should remove garmets and "parts" and save them into separate files. But what should I do if I want to simulate a jacket that consists of many parts when the simulation is impossibly slow?
My system consists of Ryzen 9 3900X 12-core 32GB RAM 3200Mhz and GeForce GTX 1070. The latest nVidia drivers, the priority and affinity for Clo3D are set to all 12 cores and above normal priority.

Hi michlam, thanks for your question. Let me clarify this: There are different presets for the simulation. If you work on a garment you should use the Simulation (Default),there is no need to change the simulation presets all the time. Please also check this LINK. The more complex your garment gets, the more complex the simulation gets for your computer and that can also slow down the simulation a little. Also check the Partcile Distance. While you are working it should be set to 20 for your patterns. A lower Particle Distance will slow down the speed of the simulation.
I hope this helps you!
