Is it possible to create something like this in clo?
I find this very challenges to pin and fold the same way I did on paper, it seems to be impossible in clo. Is there any other method that you can suggest me to try?

Basically anything is possible with time, when you are creating heavily folded elements from a single piece pattern you need to place in as many constraints as possible to gain control of the fabric, eg: fold lines, so your paper mock-up would represent the folds you would want to hold in CLO3D, then release after you have assembled the garment around the bodice. If you have a lot of creasing you also need to lower the patterns particle mesh density to allow the creasing to form at smaller and tightly compacted folds. Doing a garment which is a single piece with heavy folds can be challenging for a newby so you might need to practice and master some of the tools before you launch into this item. It should be possible without too much effort as the final folds are soft and controlled by the single sewn bow element.
Place fold lines where you want the pleats, and then ensure the fold angle is correct, keep these in during the assembly then finally release the fold lines by switching them off to get your soft bow look.
