Can I switch my trial from Mac OS to Windows?

I started my trial on the Mac OS computer, and wanted to install the trial on my Windows computer to see which version will better suit my workflow.

The Windows installation stalled out with repeated errors of "Error opening file for writing" for files such as

C:Users\Public\Documents\CLO\Assets\Avatar\Avatar\Female_V2\FV2_Feifei.avt

C:Users\Public\Documents\CLO\Assets\Avatar\Avatar\Female_V2\Arrangement\FV2_Arrangement_Bounding_Volume.pan

C:Users\Public\Documents\CLO\Assets\Avatar\Avatar\Female_V2\Arrangement\FV2_Arrangement_Point.arr

C:Users\Public\Documents\CLO\Assets\Avatar\Avatar\Female_V2\Avatar (Modular)\Modular_FV2_Feifei.avt

and on and on for Female_V2.  If I press ignore for all of these errors, it continues with the same error for Kid_V1, Male_V2, Hanger\, Blocks\Folded_Shirt, Blocks\Man\Jackets, Blocks\Man\Polos, Blocks\Man\Shirts, etc. etc.

If I ignore all of the installation errors, the file will finish installing, and when I try to log in to open CLO, it tells me that the user name and password are already using the trial.

How do I proceed so I can try it out on Windows as well, within the 30-day trial period, so I know which version to license?

  mcmac CLO can be used on either system if you have a valid license, though not at the same time. I would suggest you remove all installers and uninstall any versions of CLO on the PC and empty your recycle bin. Then download the PC version and try installing again.

  I have this same issue but I have a paid subscription. The above advice did not work. Any other suggestions?

  Have you made sure that you logged out and completely uninstalled from your old computer? When you try to install onto your other computer what error message do you receive?
