License not working. URGENT. PLEASE HELP!

I have registered for the [3DCDC] 2022 3D Creative Design Competition and after payment, my account shows my license as active. But when I install CLO3D on my laptop, it says your free trial has expired, please subscribe. I had used this username/id last year for a free trial, so on my subscription page on the CLO3D website, it says Expiration Date ~ March 05, 2021, but status as active. I am unable to use CLO3D despite having a valid license when I got after paying the registration fees for the [3DCDC] 2022 3D Creative Design Competition. I'm in URGENT need as I need to apply for the competition. PLEASE HELP!
