fast fashion .... , not wanting to put the skid brakes on your project but have you read what you can use, and under what terms ?

'Their' rig is sitting in their own software where their © software license determines what mere humans can export out ?

You might need to re-read your license terms and understand that the CLO3D avatar IP rig  and motions are geared to their software environment & project data exchange, and use under certain restrictions. And that if you use their avatar IP externally you understand what you are doing ... and where it may be used, how and when.

As the late Don Corleone would say on, on the IP territory & gangland wars, - ..." Capiche"....

    clause 7.4 - 7.4.3 >> Your responsibilitie$ you $igned up to when you clicked the  - 'ok(a)y-dokey' button

Can I do what I want, when I want, Q&A sessions with their management >> A link to some answers on what is possible. You can post a question direct to the support team and ask them directly on how you may use their avatar assets externally.

    hi ottoline,
    thanks for your clarification.

You can always post their company CLO3D a question about (their rig) it's use externally and get a direct answer, just describe your scenario for external use clearly and then I am sure they will respond pronto relative to that scenario what the options are or if there are restrictions on use they will point you to those. They are pretty good at accommodating most customers user cases ... but obviously also want to ensure fair use under their IP and their quoted T&C's. Ask them is always a good step ....
