Edit/upload custom stitching?
I'm exporting my simulated animations into Unity and was wondering if there was a way of either reducing the poly count of the existing topstitch, or use my own 3d geometry?

Thanks for your request. For the moment, there is no way.
You could use the topstitching as a texture instead only.
