Modular Configuration + All Default Garments Missing

How do I re-download the default garment assets and re-install modular configuration as they are all missing from my CLO 3D. I have tried to download them within the system itself but it simply says 'download complete' and no garments are downloaded.

  I would recommend de-install and re-install CLO again.
