My biggest complaint around Colorway Mode is that you can't apply different fabrics per colorway. Our apparel company does do this quite regularly on colorways (even if its just subtle heathers vs solid materials), so it's a big blocker when it comes to scaling Clo for our needs.

Other than that, it would be great if we could customize other settings as well no a per colorway basis, possibly treating it more like "render layers" in Maya, where you can overwrite just about any field or connection on a per layer basis. At a minimum, it would be nice to have a comment field on each colorway so we could specify notes on each one to make up for the lack of control when it comes to changing settings and connections.
