SOMETIMES THE PROGRAM STOPS RESPONDING,THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVEN TIMES TODAY. I REINSTALLED THE PROGRAM, RESTARTED THE COMPUTER, BUT NOTHING HELPS

  I use my student account at tillskarakademi.

  I ended my subscription as I payed full price licensing as a student and could not afford it.

  What are your computers specs? You can see the recommended specs for running CLO HERE

  The program can slow down of freeze depending on your specs as well as how heavy the file is. Are you doing something specific when it freezes? What type of garment are you working on? When working are you making sure to be in loew-res?

  I have a HP Workstation Z8 G4, 2x Xeon Gold 6134, 128 GB, 512 GB SSD + 2 TB SSD, Quadro P5000 and run it with Win 11 Pro. As far as I can see it should be enough for CLO3D.

  Please also let us know what you are doing when CLO freezes. Is there a certain action you are taking or are you working in a Low Particle Distance or a particularly heavy file?

  We need much more information to best be able to assist

  Yes; I have a student licens at tillskarakademi in Sweden.

  It freezes when simulating. and yes my file is heavy. I am working with trouser knit and overcoat. But CLO crashes also with more simple files.

  Thank you so much! It does look like you also started a ticket in our system. I would recommend attaching the file there for our internal team to look at. Use a Wetransfer link if the file is too large to attach

  A few notes. When working with heavy files that have multiple garments we recommend staying in a Particle Distance of 20. So if you are edits, Posing the avatar, or still doing any general work. Only bringing the garment to HiRes (particle distance 5) once everything is completely done
