Projects disappeared

All my previous projects disappeared from my laptop (macbook pro 2024) when I downloaded a few files from clo connect for the first time. How can i retrieve them??? and why did this happen

  Hi mingi.jo,

  There is only one instance where files can be lost and that is if they were stored inside CLO system folders (e.g. Assets folder) instead of outside folder structures, and then a new installation overwrites them. Please let us know:

  - Have the files only disappeared from the library (e.g. the link is not there anymore), and have you looked for them searching your laptop?

  - Where did you store the files?

  - Did you download the CONNECT items via the library or over the website?
