Hello,

I'm reaching you today about the PLT export option.

I have already check other topic but with no solution to my problem ( here and here )

We would like to simplify our process of cutting.

Right now, we using "Offset pattern outline" to add seam allowance because we can't export a PLT file without the pattern outlines. And if we export with the pattern outlines our lazer cut machine will cut on the pattern outlines but also on the seam allowances.

I think you can imagine that using offset pattern outline to add seam allowance is very tedious.

Right now it is impossible to deselect the pattern outline when exporting and we do not have layer in our lazer cut software.

Do you have a solution to that or do you think this can be an easy fix ?

  We are inquiring about this and will get back to you, but just for better understanding, is there any setting within your machine that could prevent cutting on all of the lines?

  Hello, 

  Thank you so much. 

  No nothing can be done in the laser cut software, we only have one layer. Just so you know, the sofware we're using is RDWORKS.
