Installation Issues with MacOS
Hi my install is not working, its telling that
“CLO_Standalone_OnlineAuth” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.
I tried to submit an email but the site keeps saying server error...

pnny1012 & rokkify. This is a privacy issue on your individual machines. Apple makes sure that you do not install anything you do not want to install. Currently CLO needs to be given permission to be used. When you try and Open CLO you will get the error, click Show in Finder; your Applications folder will open. RIGHT CLICK ON CLO and select Open. If it does not open and begin to run, THEN go to your Privacy System Preferences, unlock and stay in the General Tab. It should say it is trying to open CLO right there in that window. You have to specific tell it to be allowed to open. After this is done once, you should be fine.

Hi! Looks like you need to change your system preferences. Please see below images. When you open your Security & Privacy Window click the Lock in the bottom left corner. It will probably say CLO is trying to open. You will need to Click "ALLOW" and then Clo should be able to open

That didn't work... how else can we fix this, its not even letting me submit a ticket your site says server error.

I followed that method. My Mac also doesn't work. How ....??
