Velcro in CLO?
Hello, has anyone rendered Velcro in CLO? If so, what methods did you use and what was your workflow? Thank you for your help!

Hi kdmorris. Here are 2 quick ways to get fabrics that resemble velcro;
- The first would be to use 2 separate fabrics from the CLO library. For example a fur and a sherpa. You can then adjust the properties to resemble the two different velcro fabrics. If you use the interactive render, you can see your changes as you make them. It takes some time, patience and exploration. You can then save those fabrics out as the two velcro pieces and reuse them in other projects.
- This video shows how to make your own textured fabric. You would need to have scans of both sides of the velcro, preferably a light color velcro to start. Do this procedure twice and you can also save these out like the previous example.

I just use the photo as a texture.You can desaturate and paint in any color
this is a tile texture, you can download this one. Looks acceptable from a distance.
