Import Pattern AI Problem

Hello, I tried importing a pattern I made in Adobe Illustrator. All the parts import except one of them, it says the points are too close but when I try to spread the patterns in Illustrator it keeps saying the same thing. Why does that one part not import?

  Hi dahnyellecurtis.

  Usually this means that you may have two or more Segments Points overlapping in Illustrator. You will need to fine these overlapping points and remove them. Or if there are too close together you can also remove those and use Bezier Handles to create the curve instead. The less Segment Points you have in Illustrator the better CLO will be able to import the file.
