CLO Individual License

Does anyone know if freelancers with an LLC or S.corp are still OK to use the CLO individual license? Or do you need the Enterprise? I found two conflicting things on the website. Thanks in advance for the help.

  Hi, 
  
  To simply put, if you are a one-person company (LLC or S Corp), you can use CLO for Individual plan and use it for a commercial purpose. However, if you belong to a company where over two employees are working in LLC or S Corp, you need to consider purchasing CLO for Business plan even if CLO is used by only one person.
