Is there a way to "fill" the dart and turn it into gathers instead?

  Just to clarify - I need to add a dart from bust point to the side seam, then transfer the dart into the raglan seam and turn it into gathers there. I was wandering if there is a way to pivot part of the pattern from the bust point, remove the amount at the side seam and open the appropriate amount at the raglan seam?

  Hi lena

  No any tool given by Clo at this time..   Hope in future we can use.

  the only way is cut and spread method manually like we use in pattern making.

  pivot work in separate piece:   Select Transform tool (A) then select piece and double click on center point for making pivot point .drag it where you want make pivot point and rotate the piece.
