Program shuts down no error message

Hi,

I have been having this problem for a while. I open up a garment, once you click on the simulation window the program closes it self. No error message or anything. 

First started on my surface pro tablet, than was able to use it on surface laptop which specs are way lower than on my surface tablet. But now it started doing it on the laptop as well.

Any solutions?

  The tablet is 16gb of ram, I7 processors and Intel Iris Graphic Card.

  I also once you click on the simulation window the program closes it self.

  Clo 3D simulation window click → [Program shuts down no error message]
