Downloaded the trial version but the program won't run
I downloaded it 2 hours ago and the program won't run, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and troubleshot it, still nothing is working. I can log in on the program but it doesn't open after that it just says there's an error then shuts down.

Would you let us know the error message you got and a PC specification including a graphic card?

The error message is from windows it says the program stopped working correctly then it begins troubleshooting then it recommends I shut it down until windows finds a solution. My PC is HP Pavilion x360, I've set up external storage to speed it up for the program, and my graphics card is Intel UHD Graphics 605

Unfortunately, as I checked the PC specification you are using, it does not meet our officially supported system specification and the problem seems to be caused because of it.

Hi everyone,
three hours ago I downloaded the trial version of CLO 3D following the instructions provided by the manual.
When I launch clo3D the program asks me to submitt my CLO ID and Password, after submitting those the program warn me that "No licensed products found.".
May you help me?

Hi checcox89. When you downloaded CLO did you make sure to download the trial version and not the Individual or Enterprise version?
