How to open a .zse file?

Hello, I'm finding trouble with opening .zse files. I have dowload some scene and props from the connect - Clo 3D website and they are all .zse format and whenever I want to import them as a background, it says 'File type not supported'. Could anyone tell me what am I doing wrong?

  It looks you you currently do not have an active CLO subscription. Do you possibly have one under another account so we can assist further?
