shoes registration

Hi, I have created a pair of shoes in other 3d program, and tried to put it in clo3d, but I have encountered the trouble when moving the toe up, all of mesh are crashed.

I have follow every step and confirm the pivot point, dummies, and try lower or higher counts of quads, or triangle face(it helps a bit), but result is same everytime. please help, cheers

  It looks like you do not currently have a subscription with us. Can you please let us know your CLO user ID which has a CLO subscription as well as what version of CLO you currently use?
