Having issue in fbx while exporting from CLO

Hi Support,

I'm here with an issue if you help me out to resolve the issue it would be highly appreciated.. 

I'm trying to export .fbx file from CLO.. Everything looks fine while exporting, the only issue is (I added a inside size print label at back) But when I export the fbx it shows labels on both inside and outside. And I only give Graphic Configuration Face on only one side front or back not on the both sides, but still the issue occurs.. Please see a below screenshot for better understanding.. And please guide me how to resolve the issue.. I would be highly thankful for your quick and kind response..

  Hi zprince303

  It looks like you do not have a current CLO subscription. Can you please provide us with your CLO ID that has a current subscription
