Why collar not move during moprh target?

Hi, I have purchased a project of a l cloat (https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/character/clothing/lab-coat-1) and I am trying to animte the avatar using blender and mixamo. When I try to add the avatar as obj file with the moprh target option enabled the result is the one show in the image. Someone can help me?

  Hi. It does not look like youo have a current CLO subscription with this user ID. Can you please let us know what your what ID CLO subscription is under?
