Grey lines impossible to delete

Hello everyone , I'm facing a problem in the 2D part. I have grey lines that I can't delete even when I use the trace tool. it appeared when I moved in groups many lines to change their position. I have join a picture of my problem. Please, Does anyone have the solution to supress them ?

( I can't  insert image ..... my file is  JPG  less than 2mo... I tried in png same result ....)

  They look like reference lines, you can delete them as outlined here: https://support.clo3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/115012377748-Delete-Reference-Line
