The motion file (.mtn) that I create doesn't work. how could I fix this?

So, I've created fbx file from Avatar and uploaded it to Mixamo. It's going well and then I download the file and save the joint motion from the fbx file that I downloaded to be mtn file. The fbx file is doing just fine on animation but the mtn that I used can't be used on the same Avatar from the same fbx file that I uploaded to Mixamo. I need help to fix this. Can you help me? Thank you.

  Hi, thank you for replying my messages. I tried the Auto Convert to Motion with my fbx file from Mixamo and add it to my current project. It still doesn't work with pop up notification as the pic before.

  Did you follow all steps in the video? Also listed HERE. When registering the mtn did you test/play the motion so you know that you brought it from Mixamo properly?

  I also see you attend Pushka, have you spoken with any of your instructors for assistance?
