Hi! It is inconvenient that I'm loosing my whole zip, inclusive all my zip configurations, when I want to change the length of the center front. I already pulled the zip out of the way a bit, what is not helping.

Please look into that or let me know how to avoid that.

  Hi mail,

  I shortened a front piece with a zipper attached, changed the neckline, and cut on the front and at all times the zipper stayed intact. Could you either describe the steps or record a video of what exactly makes the zipper disappear, so that we know what is causing the issue?
