Mirroring and offsetting pattern outline along curves (neckline)

I am trying to offset and extend the pattern outline of the center-front bodice to create a placket, but along the curved area of the neckline, the "mirror side segments" function doesn't work. I've tested this with shapes only containing sharp angles, and I am able to mirror the outline as expected. Is this a bug? Screenshot linked below.

  We are not having issues recreating this exact issue. When we choose Mirror the Edge is offsetting in an upward angle. But we did notice that it is not following the Curve which we will report to our team. and hopefully have this resolved in  a future patch soon
