Buttons not closing properly

Hello, 

When I simulate my buttons not all of them close properly and there's some space left between the fabrics. I fastened the buttons to the buttonhole and this is what happens when I simulate (seen in the pictures below) is there a step I'm missing before simulating ?

  Please set the fabric view to Thick Textured Surface: https://support.clo3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/115012380508-Garment-Rendering-Style#Click4

  And try setting the Add'l Thickness Collision of the involved pattern pieces down to 1:

  

  What is the thread length of the buttons (a placed button has to be selected directly, not the same as the button menus from the Object Browser)?

  Hi sanyuserwadda9

  Have you checked to make sure your fabric view is set to Thick Texture Surface in the 3D window? Have you checked you pattern piece collision?

  Also, which version of CLO are you currently using? Have you updated to the most recent version of CLO, 7.3?
