File Sice
All of a student Files are too big to be uploaded to clo-set. I changed not much to the styles before, it is just an adaptation. What can I do to influence the file size??
Explanation: It is an adaptation of a trouser I created before in Clo3d which was around 600 MB (including 3 different Fabrics from your stock and 8 Colorways) adapting some stylelines of the trousers expanded the file size to unexplained 1060 MB (containing the same 3 different fabrics from your stock and now only two colorways.)
1063 MB big. WHY?
And what can I do to get it under 1000 MB? Because that seems to be the limit to upload content to CLO-SET.

Hi kuoture,
"WHY?" can only be answered accurately upon inspection of the project file in question, but based on a previous post of yours, it might be related to several 3D states being included in the project.
Another occurrence of high file sizes that has popped up here and there is caused by very large image files as either graphics or textures.

There is a texture AI used as a logo file. But I used the same one in the former designs, which made the zprj file not over 1000 MB large.
So, the mind- troubling thing is, why does a file goes so big when I reuse it and change just some style lines or add a yoke. No major changes.

Hi kuoture,
We would have to see the file in order to determine the specific cause, everything else is just a probability guess. Please open a ticket over the contact form and attach an upload. Thank you!

I just would like to get a step by step explanation how to delete in-between 3D states. Never done that before? Do you got a tutorial video for that or know yourself?

I send files already. Thank you

Hi kuotureall you need to delete a 3D state is R-click and select delete.
We very much appreciate you sending a file. While I will wait for our tech team to take a closer look and provide feedback. Having over 70 3D states is 1 file is way more than we recommend (usually 3 or 4 is all you want). If you wish to see progress of a file 3 or 4 3D states is fine, but if you want more than that it is better to "Save As" and then continue working and then have previous smaller versions of the file to go back to
