.gltf format compatibility with animation

I would like to import an animated avatar in the .gltf format into CLO 3D. The program recognizes the avatar but not the animation. Is there any way to solve it?

  What version of CLO are you currently using and what is the CLO ID that you are using. There is no CLO subscription associated with this user name.

  Can you also share where are you exporting the gltf frrom. and what you your import settings into CLO?

  I can see that you have made an account with a free trial. But you are not using this login to actually access CLO. What login are you using when you log into CLO?

  I also need to know the exact version you are using. This is in the lower left corner of CLO. For example the full version may read as 7.2.138
