Textures are not coming while importing the FBX in the blender

Hi, Clo Team, I am having trouble while importing clo FBX in Blender. Patterns are coming nicely but cloth texture and colors are missing, the interesting thing is when I exported this from Windows it worked but from Mac, it's not working with the same account.  can you help me solve this? I am using the latest software clo 7.2.138

  Hi snarang_be22,

  Can you test the exported Mac file on your Windows computer? If the file is fine then, the issue occurs in the Mac version of Blender, not during export from CLO's Mac version.
