How can I fix my arrangement points?

So I am using the standard Female_V2 with custom shoes and my arrangement points are in a weird scale.
Any advice on how to fix this would be highly appreciated!

  Hi k

  Is it possible that you brought in another Avatar to your CLO3D workspace? CLO will use whichever Arrangement Points that are used on the last Avatar brought into the space. 

  But if there is currently only 1 avatar in the space you can go the your Avatar Folder > Female_V2 > Arrangement > dbl click the arrangement points file to apply
