clo 프로그램에서 패턴 작성 시 첨부파일의 사진처럼 밑단 삼봉스티치 부분 생성이 가능한지, 가능하다면 방법이 궁금합니다.

hi,

i have a question if it's possible on 3d clo to make double stitching and seam allowances on hem line pattern like a picture on below. and if possible, i would like to know how to work it.

  Yes to both. For seam allowance the video that the screenshot came from above does talk about this. But also this video HERE goes over how to add seamallowance 

  For The double stitching do you mean the 2 red internal lines? We would recommend watching our Beginners Guide to CLO which covers all the basics like adding different types of topstitching and adding Internal Lines
