Trouble with Grading

Hello,

I imported a pattern sent to me from Optitex and the grading is completely out of wack.

I have opened grading from sent to me from this program before with no issues.  Does anyone know what the problem might be?

  Dear trudy.gardner, as other files are working fine, the issue likely lies with export options from 2D CAD - if you haven't received them from the same pattern maker, as reference, is it possible to ask for the export options from the creator of the patterns that worked?
