breaking out the 3d and 2d windows

I'm wondering if there is a way to break out the 2d and 3d windows. 

I use two screens and it would be nice to have one on each monitor.

That way they can both be large and in use at the same time. I can't seem to find a way to make that happen.

  Yes, there are icons in the upper Right corner of each window that can be selected to pop the windows out.

  ahhh thank you, I had tried that but had to pull on it a bit more to get them to fully break out.
