"Failed to LiveUpdate"

I wanted to update the 6.0.374 version. While starting Clo3D a window will pop up, which has an "update" button. But when I click "update" it would say "Failed to Liveupdate".
I also clicked "To download the installer, please click here", but I would download a Windows version, which I can't open since I am using Mac.

What can I do? It is annoying since Clo3d is working so slow.

  Hello Mae Ann,

  You should be able to uninstall and reinstall whichever version of CLO you would like through your subscription login. If you are unable to do so, please use the Contact Us page, and our tech team will be able to assist you!

  I have same problem... does that mean that I need to delete and reinstall the program every time there is an update to it???
