Add to workspace does not work, when trying to add hardware

I am trying to add trims to a project but when I right click on "add to workspace" no window shows and I cannot add anything. 

I reinstalled Clo to see if it helps ,but it did not and I am also not offered the new update anymore when I opened the program. I am working with Mac Os catalina

  Hello panchitaradical,

  What file type are the trims you are trying to add? For some file types, they are not able to be added through the library that way. If you try to add the trims by going to File --> Import (Add), are you able to add them to the workspace?

  I am only talking about the preset Clo trims from the library . To be more specific I want to a second slider and puller to a zipper, to get a two sides zipper.

  Hi panchitaradical,

  Ah, I see. In the CLO default assets for sliders and pullers, you cannot add the preview files, which end in .zsd and .zpl. If you go into the OBJ folder in the Puller and Slider folders, you can add the corresponding .zip file as a trim. If the OBJ folders are not showing up, please download all the assets for the library by clicking the download arrow icon at the top of the library window.
