Creating Free hand Felt tip marker Lines on a garment

hello, I want to put free-hand graffiti and felt tip marker drawings on a garment but I can't find the option to allow for that effect and youtube offers no tutorials on the subject either is this possible? or will I have to add it by using a graphic, I would prefer free hand because graphics seem to get the tilling effect if the graphic size isn't exact when it's duplicated, I attached a photo of what I want below, thanks again for your help.

  Thanks for reaching out.

  If you add it with "add as graphic" option by right clicking on your .png file, it won't be repetitive.
