[Animation] - "No matching Avatar" message when assigning motion for FV1 avatar Emma/Kelly

Hi everyone,

posting this question in hopes that someone did encounter it before and have a solution to it already.

Running clo version 6.0.594(r32990)

When using the standard motion files in Animation environment, I encountered this issue that FV1 avatars such as Kelly and Emma returns a "No matching Avatar" message when assigning motion standard motion in CLO3D, <FV1_01_No_Hands_Pose.mtn> to the avatar.  Resulting message as captured in screenshot below. 

Further check against FV2 however is successful. For clarity purpose, I assigned <FV2_01_No_Hands_Pose.mtn> to FV2 avatars with no issues.

  I am also having an issue why is there is no answer after 9 months I pay $50 a month?

  Hi marisagrace. For animating CLO avatars the motions will only work with V2. The V2 avatars are the most accurate and up to date avatars. We recommend using those avatars especially for animation. We hope this helps!
