How to import a trim from Clo-set connect?

Hi all,

I've bought a puller from Clo-set connect but I can't add it to the garment. I've saved zpl and zip files but the message comes out in the images attached.

Please let me know how to do it?

  Hi Mai Cheetham. When you download items from CLO-set you can link your CLO-SET. See below image. Or you can download from the web and save to your desk top and then link that folder into CLO. We do not recommend saving downloaded assets into the CLO default libraries since when there are major updates those files we be removed to reflect the update.
