Is the avatar in clo commercially available?

For example, can I use the clo avatar wearing my cloth as a model for my clothing store?

  Hi rainhan. CLO avatars are not meant to be commercially available without written permission from CLO. You can see this HERE is the CLO Terms of Service 
  Section 7.
