Hello,

Can anyone help me with my problem...? I want to have loose shoulderstrap that goes from the shoulder, across the back and to the front where i want a knot. Can anyone explain me how I can do that?

  You would use pins on the cloth shoulder strap so that they suspend the strap in 3d and you move them with the gizmo. In this manner you can pull the straps from the rear to the front, and even tie a knot by switching the simulation back to active (real-time) as you work. This is the basic process to wrap something like a strap around a torso and into a knot. You can also use tacks to hold the knot together if you don't want it to fall out.

  To tie a knot, you can use Pin (Box)/ (Select) tool to pin the shoulder strap's end and middle > turn on Simulation > click the pin > use Gizmo to tie a know by moving the pin.
