OBJ issue with invisible parts

Has anyone experienced bringing an OBJ into CLO and having the problem shown below? I didn't create this OBJ personal, but I've opened it up in Blender. Neither CLO nor Blender show any thing that should be catching the fabric other than the visible object. I've experienced this with other OBJ's and my solution was to just find a replacement, but I don't have that option with this. This OBJ was specifically created by a colleague. Any help or insight is appreciated! Thanks

  Thanks for your question. Most likely you have to check your export settings in the third party software used to export this OBJ. This is something that cannot really be solved in CLO. I would still double check that the avatar skin offset in the property editor is set to an appropriate value(e.g: 3).
