eddyyy9 Sorry you are having this issue. Can you check to see if "Pressure" has been applied to the Pattern Pieces? This is the first thing that comes to mind with this "flying away". Select the Pattern Pieces in the 2D Window and check the Property Editor under Simulation. Pressure should be "0"

Thank you for your suggestion. I have checked and the pressure is at '0'. I'm assuming that is the default setting. At first the simulations runs very smoothly and later as I progress the further with more patterns and alterations it's starts acting up. Do you have any suggestions how this could happen and ways to fix this solution?

Switch from the work mode fast GPU simulation into the pose/arrangement final beauty pass CPU simulation > Simulate(Complete Nonlinear).

Ensure when layering a garment that any layer order constraints are reset back to '0' for pattern pieces, and that all patterns (normals) are sewn with the correct face outwards (see thin view where the pattern piece has a light and dark face to denote normal face orientation.) Finally when apply sewing lines or fold lines at pattern seam junctions ensure you have the correct angle set, and that you have not used an angle that is 'fighting' with the natural drape of the fabric preset.
