Fail in launching Clo - it says "no licence products found" when tryign to login

I downloaded the software through the link provided by my school. I later created an account through Clo3D.com but my ID does not allow me to log in - It keeps telling me there is no licence product found. How do I fix this? Help!

  this also keeps happening to me? I've paid for 3 months and still have not been able to use the software because everytime I get time to use it I have so much trouble trying to log in and use it.
