Merging Straight Line with Curved Line without Distortion?
Is there anyway to merge a straight line with a curved line without it meeting in the middle?
The lines are the same length. Made a back yoke for pants to remove darts.

End Result is a mountain builds up, due to the fabric not merging right.

I believe your best bet to maintain the curving effect of a dart, is to sew the pieces together, and not merge it. I'm not sure what is CLO's algorithm to merge lines, but I can't think of a way the algorithm will know which part of the mesh to bend, the curve to the flat, or vice-versa.

Yeah, this is a V-shaped pants yoke. Made the yoke to get rid of the dart, but wanted to convert it to an "inverted arc" yoke by merging the two pieces first. I kept getting the distortion when creating the inverted arc yoke when the dart still existed.
Seems like you are the only one on these boards, Pablo.

There a few other CLO PowerUsers around here that help too. Not too many though.
To your question, you will need to manually create the two curves and merge them both being a curve (which defeats the purpose of a yoke), or stitch them. You can get rid of the visual result of stitching it by setting the 3D Seamline effect to zero intensity when clicking the sewing line.
