MAC용 체험판 다운로드 했는데 안열려요

열어서 로그인하는 창까지 뜨는데 그 이후에 아래같은 에러창이 뜨면서 안열려요. 몇번이나 반복해도 이러고 도대체 무슨 문제로 안열리는지 모르겠어요

  Have you checked if your computer meets the minimum computer specification?

  Are you running the latest MacOS version? 

  When you get the error does it occur as soon as you start the application or after you put your credentials in?
